Project Description
Ctrl is a comedy web series produced by SXM Entertainment for NBC. It is the first stand-alone web series launched by a major television network. The series stars Tony Hale as a typical office-working, self-confidence-lacking nerd who discovers he can control life with his keyboard.
Project Scope: Marketing designs including logo, poster, office mock-ups, and press kit. The poster was used for the IMDB page and various streaming platforms.
Design Direction: The plot revolves around a magical iced-tea that was spilled on Stuart's keyboard causing it to gain abilities through keystrokes. The poster design uses these plot devices to showcase the main characters floating on a sea of iced-tea aboard a giant keyboard key.
